The Plemmons Family & The Swiss Staff welcome you to The Swiss Steakhouse & Bar, one of Santa Maria Valley’s most popular traditional Santa Maria BBQ restaurants.

We serve a traditional Santa Maria-Style Oak Barbecue — known for its classic smoky and hearty flavor — that began here in the 1940s.

We age our own beef, cut our steaks in-house, prepare our own ground beef, and make everything from scratch. We are one of the few Santa Maria restaurants offering steaks, chops, ribs, chicken, and seafood.

Direct off the red oak pit are our famous steaks, chicken breast, pork chops, bbq rack of lamb, and full and half rack of baby backs. 

Our delicious pasta dishes include chicken fettuccine and beef ravioli or ask for a combo and enjoy some of each!

 

For lunch do not forget our oak grill sandwiches. The rib-eye steak sandwich with Pinquito beans is the favorite among our daily lunch gang. So much more to enjoy, please join us daily for lunch or dinner.
